I worked closely with Carolyn as her main point of contact for the City's website redesign. Over the year of working on the project together she wore a lot of hats and always gets things done. I never had to remind her of anything; she was always on top of it. She has an energetic, lively personality and always has a new project (or five) going on! She also cares deeply about her community’s success, the success of her projects, and the success of her communications team. After a couple of years working together on and off now, I still like getting emails from Carolyn: I think, I can’t wait to see what new initiative she’s working on today.

Carolyn has the gift of handling tense and sensitive media issues with aplomb! She's creative, innovative and has the ability to create succinct and clear messages in moments...and she's a delight to work with!
