Milwaukee, WI I believe physical therapy and rehabilitation services have the power to dramatically improve the lives of individuals, as well as positively impact our health care system and health care costs. Driven by a passion to make a difference, and willingness to learn directly from experts in the field and the countless patients and families they serve, I started Alinea Engage in 2016 with a primarily focus on rehabilitation markets. Since then, I’ve had the privilege to build an exceptional team that shares my core imperatives of unwavering integrity, relentless customer focus, rapid responsiveness, and innovation excellence – and together, we partner closely with our clients to allow them to do what they do best, effectively treating patients and improving lives. As no two patients are exactly alike, neither are any of our clients. Thus, we combine our deep expertise in leveraging technology to support delivery of healthcare services, yet excel at listening closely to our clients and tailoring solutions that work for their unique workflows and objectives. It is not long before we are considered part of our clients’ internal teams, and we never take that for granted. Everyday, I’m humbled and honored at the relationships we are building with clients – as well as the differences we are making in the lives of clinicians, the staff that support them, the organizations that hire them, and the patients they serve. As 2020 continues to unfold, our mission to truly make a positive difference only strengthens.

My first career was in corporate finance, often working with entrepreneurial clients and recognizing that, indeed, people could institute real change – but also working with multinational technology companies, recognizing that it took a powerful team to turn their projections into profits, allowing such changes to take flight. Later, I shifted my focus to the psychology of health behavior change, driven by a passion to make a real difference not only in the life cycle of organizations, but the life cycle of individuals. Therein lay the genesis of Alinea. From working in academic medicine, progressively funded NIH grants, various stages of commercial enterprise, management of chronic conditions and comorbid conditions, lifestyle medicine, successful aging with diverse senior communities, actionable biometric screenings, and effective corporate wellness over a series of decades, I refined my ideas of how technology could truly bridge the gaps between providers and patients, while providing an exceptional experience for all users touched by such technologies, and a return on investment for those footing the bill. While it was initially a challenge to focus our efforts as opportunity abound, we found our niche, went deep in making a real and meaningful difference in rehabilitation services, and are now able to expand to other healthcare markets given the tremendous power of the extensible platform we designed, built, and manage. We are also fortunate to have the support and confidence of our investors, symbiotic relationships with our partners, and powerful authentic relationships with our clients.
