I supervised a staff of 16 and a graduate student, and created educational leaders through curriculum development, instruction, and advisement. I developed educational initiatives, assisted with alumni outreach, and managed budgets totaling $350K that covered reimbursement, procurement, and payroll administration. I planned and executed events with vendors, artists, donors, alumni, and students, including the annual graduation celebration (2,500 attendees), student leadership retreat, and multiple concerts. I connected students to campus resources, research opportunities, and internships.
