  I worked as Director of R&D for 6 years, moving to Director of Don Johnston Learning... a newly created division intended to provide support materials and professional development services related to the software developed by DJI. 5 years ago I stepped back, moved to Washington state and began writing/designing curriculum support and professional materials full time. The past 2 years I have also been delivering PD nationwide to DJI customers. MOST RECENTLY, I have cut back to 20 hours/week with DJI and started my own "educational coaching" (tutoring, mentoring and training of parents with children who struggle with learning) company, soon (hopefully) to be designated 501 (c) 3 nonprofit.
