I currently oversee three cold fusion vendor applications for the States’ Attorney, Public Defender, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court. I work one-on-one with application users and software vendors with on-call responsibilities 24X7. I also oversee upgrades for the annual licensing process by requesting updated quotes from vendors. CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS * Production Maintenance: Rapidly debug complicated Justice user application problems by analyzing root causes involving Criminal Records Information Management (CRIM) database or servers. Contact vendor to troubleshoot code, lead bug fix testing, and approve production release. * Requirements Management: Collaborate with vendors on Alfresco and Odyssey 3rd party E-Filing software upgrades for servers and applications. Project manage and translate business requirements into functional requirements between the Clerk of the Circuit Court and IT programmers. * Web Service Management: Ensure integrated Justice web services have minimal downtime by rebooting Oracle Service Bus and troubleshooting bugs. * Application Maintenance: Lead support for Legistar Agenda Management System vendor application. Collaborate with users to support security needs and revise application administration tools to add new content. * Security Management: Efficiently process security requests, adding and deleting users to three applications.
