Caroline and I worked together in the online advocacy space while employed at Blackbaud together. Additionally, we both collaborated on and presented a presentation at Blackbaud's annual conference, BBCon in 2016. We spoke on the topic of optimizing online advocacy for nonprofits. In my time spent working with Caroline as well as during our collaboration, she has proven that she is nothing short of a skilled, knowledgeable and thought leader in the online advocacy space. She is so passionate about grassroots advocacy and online advocacy that she also organized a group of other thought leaders in online advocacy and led monthly meetings on the topic for fellow us fellow Blackbaudians. She is someone who stands out in the crowd and is a leader in understanding the nuances and latent needs of her portfolio of clients that she managed at Blackbaud to recommend both best practice solutions but also solutions that fit the niche needs of each client she worked with. During her time at Blackbaud, she was a tremendous asset and pleasure to work with for all who worked with her. Any organization will be luckly to have her as she is certainly amazing to work with.
