While spearheading an initiative to solve an in-house supply chain systems deficiency I worked cross-functionally with the managers of the Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance departments to identify and quantify the source of our largest previously unidentified syrup loss problem. Then I worked directly with the engineering team of an independently contracted outside vendor to create an upgrade to our syrup delivery system with an anticipated 5 year ROI of $600,000.
