Caroline provided executive coaching to me for over 6 months, focusing on my strategic thinking, my influencing and persuasion skills, plus my personal brand and executive presence. Over this short period of time Caroline’s coaching has enabled me to explore my positioning as I develop as a VP at CGI and to re-energise my personal development planning. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Caroline as she challenged me and brought great insights from her wealth of experience as a coach. In the case of Cordia, Caroline helped an initiative involving group of Cordia managers invited to participate in a corporate wide change leadership network to emerge as a critical success.
