Our brief time together was amazing! I love that she allows her designers to be themselves and bring their creative approach to the table. She combines that skill with an amazing design background to help build an amazing creative team at Fabletics. Would definitely work with her again!

Caroline is the best manager I have had thus far. She truly cared about her team and looked out for us. She saw the potential in each of us and 100% believed we would reach it. Caroline encouraged us to flex our creative muscle and think outside the box. She was always very supportive of any ideas we brought to the table. Other than her talented design skills, her eagle eye for detail and ability to problem solve and streamline processes for optimal efficiency are what impressed me the most. I saw her as a mentor and learned a lot during my time with her. Best of all, she is a joy to be around and I miss it!
