I have managed Caroline twice, including hiring her at Logitech. And I would hire her again, in a minute. She is the total talent package: smart, high performing, hard and soft skilled, creative, self-aware, liked and respected by her peers, co-workers and leadership. Complex projects - from high visibility product launches to proposing new ways of cross-functional collaboration - are where she shines . She cares about building a great team, and fostering talent and relationships. Caroline is also really funny - sometimes the best stress management technique at work. She is unhesitatingly an asset to any organization.

At Logitech VC, Caroline led some of the largest, most complex product launches in our history. At the same time, Caroline hired and developed a world class product marketing team. She brought in tools, process and rigor to the art and science of product marketing. Caroline is extremely talented, creative, energizing and she handles ambiguity with style and grace. She has more than earned the trust and respect of her colleagues, stakeholders and the extended teams.
