Adam Lissaman
Caroline reported to me for just over 4 years as the Senior Sales Analyst in the Global Sales Operations team. Whilst she entered the business as a Sales analyst, you could instantly see her potential to become so much more. Her inquisitive nature and intelligence meant she contributed and defined processes that enabled the business to continuously move forward. The first thing that strikes you about Caroline is her personable manner, which was crucial in the role she performed. She was able to easily establish close working relationships with multiple departments and levels, that made projects and tasks so much easier to complete. She’s equally comfortable operating at a tactical or strategic level, and provides real insight with her analysis breakdowns. Caroline needed very little direction when it came to complex data analysis, and more often than not would produce more than was asked, due to her commercial understanding. She single handily built two of the most used SFDC Sales dashboards for the sales org, which gave real insight into the pipeline quality and target progress. In the last couple of years Caroline was promoted to Senior Sales Analyst and managed analysts below her. Her empathy and intelligence make her a highly effective manager of people, and I see this as being a large part of any role she takes in the future. I really enjoyed my time working with Caroline, she was the voice of reason and a confidant. I would recommend Caroline to any organisation, and hope we can work together again in the future
