Caroline's years of experience are clear in her understanding of customers, her ability to manage stakeholders and the way she boils down complex issues into simple concepts. But if I had to describe Caroline in one word, it would be: wise. I worked with Caroline at amaysim for almost a year in the Digital Products team. During that time, Caroline was an incredible mentor. She always inspired me to view things from a different perspective and get to the heart of an issue - which is why I called her "Yoda". She is an articulate champion of CX and a natural problem solver. She has an incredible memory for detail. All of these skills made her highly valued for her insights and solutions at amaysim. I always appreciated that she made time for everyone, including myself, as her feedback was always invaluable. Caroline's work was also of the highest standard and really embodied the company's values of agility, simplicity, empathy and honesty. She was always research-led and future-focussed. Caroline is also a genuinely kind person and I really enjoyed working with her. Any company would be lucky to have her and I hope we work together again someday.
