I have had the opportunity to work with Caroline both in Dyson and Elvie and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Whether a multi billion dollar business or a start up, Caroline’s core values enable her drive 1) best in class marketing strategies 2) commercial acumen to underpin the business commercial plans and 3) true leadership of all the people she manages, mentors and supports. I worked for, and then with, Caroline for over two years at Dyson where we collaborated on multiple projects including Dyson’s biggest ever global product launch, within the floorcare category.
