The Central European Digital Media Observatory (CEDMO - www.cedmohub.eu) is an international project coordinated from Prague and its leaders are experts from 5 countries. Under the coordination of the Charles University, the goal of CEDMO is interdisciplinary research into information disorders, including its detection using the elements of artificial intelligence, strengthening digital and media literacy and the development of fact-checking platforms. The project is part of the European Digital Media Observatory (www.edmo.eu) network. It is also the first step in developing a European Centre of Excellence in AI.This is in conjunction with Charles University's Faculty of Social Sciences Institute of Communication Studies and JournalismResponsibilities:• Single point of contact regarding conference panel speakers and guests for the CEDMO International Conference: Europe Tackles Information Chaos, under the auspices of the Czech Presidency to the European Union• Producing internal documents and external deliverables to stakeholders• Managing internal contact between multiple organizations• Meeting minutes, ad hoc tasks

Student Reporter for Tropentag 2021 Conference

I was selected to be among a small group of student reporters for the Tropentag 2021 Conference: Towards Shifting Paradigms in Agriculture for a Healthy and Sustainable Future. This year varies from previous years because it was a hybrid conference of both online and in-person events. Duties include:• Managing Tropentag's LinkedIn page to connect scientists, audience members, and institutions• Video interview with keynote speaker, Patrick Worms of World Agroforestry• Publishing blog posts using WordPress• Collaborating with a team of six reporters to comprehensively cover a wide variety of keynote speakers, scientific papers, posters, and presentations• Proofreading text before publicationBlog posts include:• How Resilient Are Our Agri-Food Value Chains Against The Next Global Crisis?
