  Duties include overseeing entry of underwriting contracts for WBHM donor clients into traffic system, crafting, editing and revising on-air copy to comply with WBHM and FCC policies, creating daily program logs, coordinating with WBHM programming, marketing and engineering staff for live and automated broadcast content, reconciling scheduled logs with actual broadcast times of messages. Other responsibilities include creating accurate monthly billing for business underwriting support and submit to clients for payment, and making collection calls by phone and contact via email as needed. I also coordinate with the WBHM business office and enter daily payments into broadcast traffic billing system, and accept and respond to inbound calls and messages of inquiry about business underwriting opportunities on WBHM. I also managed all merchandise sales and inventory.
