That means in the spirit of SOL classes, I guide students to flow, to move, and sweat. In practice, I guide students to focus on matching breath to movement, proper alignment and inner focus. Through committed practice, classes serve to develop core strength physically and mentally, improved balance and increased connection with your inner self.
