  I am a dance teacher, specialising in 'The Groove' method - a dance class with simple moves so that anyone can join in. The class has a focus of (1) connecting to the rhythm and (2) creatively exploring how your body moves. I have recently travelled to Munich for an enrichment 'Designer training' course, and can now choreograph my own dance sequences for the classes according to the principles of 'The Groove'.
