Michele Hawkes

Caroline and I worked together in a demanding and highly pressured role at Aldi. From the beginning, it was clear that she was a huge asset to the team. Determined, organised, business savvy and hugely personable, Caroline consistently achieved success in delivering her products to store on time. She is calm and unflappable in a crisis, adopting a pragmatic and honest approach to resolve any situation. Her attention to detail and work ethic are key attributes to be admired, but they belie the friendly, charismatic and likeable person underneath. A real team player and fun to be around, she treats senior directors, peers, those she manages and suppliers with the same warm, respectful and honest approach. I would love to work with Caroline again and know that if she were on my team, we would be much stronger for it.

When I met Caroline it was at a point where the account she had been assigned to was under considerable business pressure, both from client side and internally. She immediately struck me as someone who, apart from the experience of her years in account management had integrity and determination. She is not phased by more demanding situations, she is a team player and consistently delivers for her team, her clients and ultimately the business she works within. She is an excellent communicator whose passion and drive comes across in her day to day work. She is highly organised and capable, leading the way on best practice with her teams. She is patient and has so much to offer in terms of experience and know-how in her field of expertise. Apart from the great work ethic she is truly a lovely person to be around, she works hard, and plays hard. She would be a great asset to any company.
