I had the opportunity to work very well with Caroline on different analysis of companies in Europe. Caroline is a very motivated, organizational change management executive who proved to be very skillful in capturing quickly top client interest for supporting the Human Capital of their organization. Caroline also got clients quickly to recognize how much change was necessary throughout the entire levels of the organization in order to achieve sustainability in the improvement of their operations. Beyond being fast to suggest a good course of action, Caroline was very helpful especially on two large accounts to help to get the implementation projects started up right after the company analysis had been completed. Caroline knows what the client need and converts it into an approach that is very much liked including also at times a very useful and valuable video. As an internal client, I must say I also highly valued her great appreciation and respect for the requirements of my team. Caroline delivers quickly high quality to clients and obtains no less from people and vendors working for her.
