Caroline came in to support my team on an interim basis during the transformation of TUI's inflight retail business to a fully insourced operation. As part of this work we needed to change the relationship we had with over 100 suppliers to a direct one rather than through a third party. As an experienced category manager, Caroline immediately added value to the planning and negotiating of what was a complex and sensitive change. Not only did she take on a huge amount of the legwork and administration of the negotiations but she also added significantly to the team's thinking as we developed new commercial processes and ways of working. In addition to her technical abilities, Caroline was a great member of the team who brought a lot of fun and energy to a tough situation and quickly built strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Caroline was an invaluable asset during this process and is someone I would recommend without hesitation.

Olympicpromo, established in 1987, is a global procurement specialist, offering a ‘one-stop shop’ approach to the design, manufacture, importation and storage and distribution of products and clothing for the premium and retail sectors. Our clients range across many different industries, but most are large blue-chip companies and the requirements they have are typically high volume and high profile. We understand our customers are unique and have diverse requirements; so we in turn offer a flexible approach, and work in partnership to fulfill their needs. From the point of enquiry, through production to delivery and fulfillment, we offer total project management, providing bespoke solutions to meet individual needs.
