Caroline Hermance is an extremely valuable asset to any team. I have had the opportunity to work alongside or with Caroline across different businesses and she is a proven industry leader. Wether it be technical project management or sales and promotion. Caroline is able to adapt to any environment and excels with the tools she is given. She is a keen problem solver with an eye for detail that is unmatched by many. My first experience working with Caroline was in a technical project management capacity. When she arrived, she worked with me to establish a path forward as well as help set expectations and goals for the business. Caroline also follows through and is extremely thorough in her practices, leading to a better, more efficient way to conduct business. She approaches every task with an open mind and a "can do" attitude which helps motivate others on her team to follow her lead. I would highly recommend Caroline Hermance for her ability to adapt and overcome obstacles and issues that come with different styles of doing business. She is a true thought-leader, and given the chance -- she will prove it to you, you will not be disappointed with the results.
