  I am responsible for providing delivery of a range of professional services associated with Functional Skills and Literacy. I am currently teaching Functional Skills at Entry Level 1. Previously taught Skills for Life ESOL Entry Level 1 to Level 1 and Adult Literacy ( Adult Support Programme) Level 1. These roles have involved promoting the most effective learning, continuation, achievement and progression of learners by extending their knowledge and skills. I plan learner- centred and independent learning strategies for learners of differing levels of ability. Responsible for all formative and summative assessment of learners. Contribution is made to the planning of both teaching and learning and the overall programme, development of learning resources to meet the learning aims of individual learners, through to course exam preparation, assessment and validation.
