  As IQA at EQL Solutions I have been responsible for the formative and summative verification of HSC and Residential childcare apprenticeship qualifications; and also L1 workskills awards. I've conducted both paper based and e-portfolio verification, following a risk based strategy, and maintained all associated records and reports. I have enjoyed travelling around the UK, supporting learner facing colleagues through 1-1 support and development visits. I have conducted observations of learner visits/sessions, and provided developmental feedback. I have enjoyed conducting external awarding organisation visits, and liaised with the SSV to ensure these went smoothly; achieving DCS in all the qualifications in my remit.
