After factory pasteurization I realized the phosphatase negative, peroxidase positive and temperature. - Shelf-life compliance testing. - Conducting periodic training with employees on the use of ingredients, manufacturing process, correct cleaning of utensils and equipment, good manufacturing practices. - Expedition collecting temperature data - Control of raw materials, ingredients and packaging material. - Rural producer technical visit reporting bacterial count, cooler cleaning, tuberculosis/brucellosis tests, milking management, brucellosis vaccine, acidity, antibiotic, pre-dipping, post-dipping. - Maintenance and sanitation conditions of bulk milk transport trucks. - Standard Operational Hygiene Procedures. - Maintenance of industrial facilities and equipment. - The lighting of the facilities for satisfactorily meet the brightness in different sectors to provide safety and inspection of industrial operations and products. - The ventilation with the objective to control odours, vapours and condensation in the manufacturing process. - Water supply - Residual waters in the factory from capture, distribution and runoff of wastewater. - Pest control - Hygienic habits, training and health of employees with the hygiene standards in the Good Manufacturing Practices. - Sanitary Operations Procedures - Temperature Control procedures in sectors and processes. - Quality Control through Laboratory Analysis, establishing guidelines for the application of Safety, Good Laboratory Practices, Physicochemical methods, calibration and verification of equipment and glassware.
