When I worked for Hotel V, our marketing team took a Tremento workshop with Caroline where she led the brainstorm and discussion so that our team could figure out our social media strategy. She asked thoughtful & thought-provoking questions, steered our focus when we were getting off-track, and compiled all of our ideas into solid strategy. I find her highly knowledgable and passionate about social media, and just generally an all-around easy-going person to talk to and work with, and would highly recommend her work and Tremento workshop to others. Caroline did an excellent job during her project at Selina San Jose. She was super proactive and engaged with her assignment and successfuly demonstrated her abilities and knowledge to execute it. I think her set of professional skills went beyond the project while challenging herself to learn new on the go.       As a marketing intern at Selina I worked on my own project (which sufficed as my graduation project for my bachelor Communication & Multimedia Design). My challenge was to create a content marketing strategy, based upon research, on how to increase the occupancy and stay rate of Selina San José. This ended up to be expeditionchepe.com, an online platform with 8 different walking routes around the city. I made partnerships with over 15 establishments (mainly restaurants), took photos at their properties, interviewed the owners, wrote articles, made the whole website, made PDF walking guides, designed all banners, flyers and the complete Instagram campaign (@expeditionchepe) and so on.       - Consult Van Lier shoes about their (social) media platforms - Maintain and grow their Instagram account - Photoshoots in London, Amsterdam, The Hague and Utrecht - Video commercial in the Netherlands - Social media campaign 'The Stories Behind Van Lier'.
