I really enjoyed my time working with Caroline. Through a large change project which involved a high volume recruitment campaign, Caroline’s organisation skills and ability to always work with a smile, meant a process should have been challenging, became a lot more straightforward. After working with Caroline for nearly 12 months, I cannot reccomend Caroline highly enough. Caroline is a consentious, caring and determined colleague, who is always the first to offer a helping hand. As a highly organised and efficent coordinator Caroline was always on top of any recruitment administration and would often support other areas of HR. Caroline is wonderful with candidates, we would often have feedback on how friendly she is as well as how relaxed she made candidates feel.
