When I got the task to Manage Dustin Financial Services AB, I had the opportunity to work closely with Caroline. She had a key position within Dustin as a orchestrator of deals that had recognition far beyond her own budgets. There is a lot of Sales reps within this organization that has developed their skills and attitude under the supervision of Caroline. All tough she always delivered her own budgets, she also delivered great value in the divestment project that was transacted in this period. Caroline has an overview of complex deliveries that shows an ability to take upon almost any task and fulfilling results each time and tells you if the objective is too far fetched. I surely also enjoyed her ability to pull the best effort out of the team with a great attitude. I sincerely recommend Caroline to any employer, project or engagement that needs a manager or key player of a team that needs progression and delivers high value.
