It’s rare that you come across talent like Caroline, I had the pleasure of working with Caroline for a year at Volvo Construction, collaborating on Tech Support cases, Quality cases and projects when Caroline was working as L1 Tech support in VCE Brazil. I was very impressed of Caroline's ability to learn new things and handle even the toughest client's. Caroline is very customer focused and got great attitude to get things done. A true never give up mentality. When machines are down (critical) and customers are in panic, Caroline got an unique way to calm things down and bring common sense into any cross functional team of experts. I would recommend Caroline into any team.

For 7 months my colleague and I faced the challenge of developing a student portal for the TSER team, covering all monitoring variables and indicators referring to both the course and the students. The portal is divided into four parts: • Routines; •Indicators; • Audience selection; •Registration. Routines Routines are made up of three main pillars: integration with the Hotmart system (payment data), research form, and student performance during the course. The main point of this step is the validation and insertion of the data into an unstructured database (MongoDB). This ensures data integrity and consistency. Registration The Registry is characterized by the detailing of data at the user level, that is, at this stage, the personalized follow-up of each student is carried out, where the student's experience with TSER services is reported. Not only data regarding the course itself, but also payment data, survey forms, etc. Audience Selection Audience Selection makes it possible to create custom filters that match user input, that is, these filters are instructions for searching data within MongoDB. Indicators The fourth and final part includes the main indicators analyzed by the team, giving an overview of its results. Realization The portal was developed on the Shiny framework with the help of Shinyproxy which allows the scalability of the application, the data was stored in a non-relational MongoDB database.
