  Tangible Maintenance Solutions Ltd (TMS). TMS has been set up to remove the stress, cost and overheads of organising property maintenance for Letting Agents.Having met with Letting Agents to listen to the issues experienced when organising maintenance, it became clear a new approach was needed. The issues experienced included, Trades not returning calls, not responding to text messages or emails, cancelling pre-arranged appointments without notifying the agent, poor paperwork processes, not having any formal Terms & Conditions in place…etc etc. At the request of Agents and Property Managers we have designed an online solution. Our specially designed software and delivery service provides a complete solution to those problems experienced, it not only manages the projects, TMS actually deliver the works. Letting Agents just simply log any job via the TMS Portal and we will do the rest. The system is mobile and tablet friendly, so jobs can even be added from the property.
