Together we worked on what such a project might entail and I am pleased to acknowledge the program and materials you developed as a result have been helpful in increasing patient adherence to their medication. Drawing on your obvious marketing and leadership skills you were able to convince your employer to support this initiative; one that has survived and grown past your tenure with the company- a real feat in this day and age.
