  New Well Delivery Team Leader for the Atlantis Field in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). My team planned and executed wells in this very active field with development, appraisal and exploration drilling activity occurring on two drill strings. As the regional New Well Delivery Process Champion, I also led efforts to standardize and digitize critical databases, documents, and rig planning and scheduling processes across the GoM region.

  I mananged the rig strategy, plans and schedules for the UK North Sea. I also managed all the subsea well projects in the scoping phase - I acted as a link between the Reservoir Management Team, which managed the hopper of well opportunities in the North Sea, and the Well Planning Team, which delivered drillable targets to the rig.

  As the NWD Team Leader in the North Sea, I was responsible for planning and executing the subsurface component of all wells in the Central and Southern North Sea. I had a team of 18 geoscientists who managed 7 fields on 3 rig lines. We selected the optimal well location for infill, planned the trajectory, prognosed the formation tops, pressures and temperatures, and worked with the drillingteam to plan and execute the wells safely.

  Managed & provided technical and commercial oversight for 3 joint venture fields in the UK North Sea. Also managed the BP-operated Maclure field, which was tied into a third-party platform. Renegotiated Joint Operating Agreement, transportation, and production sharing contracts with multiple partners to enable field re-development & brownfield upgrade projects.

My first leadership role was in 2003; I was the Development Lead for the Eileen West End Field in Alaska, a Western Satellite of Prudhoe. I worked ARCO International Exploration in Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, South China Sea, Burma, and Trinidad for the first 5 years of my career.
