As the research assistant for a National Science Foundation funded project on culturally relevant indigenous education, I worked directly with tribal schools and departments to develop relationships between tribes and the university research team while providing enrichment activities for middle school-aged indigenous youth. The Principal Investigator for this project is Dr. Paula Groves Price.

Coordinated a mentoring program for underrepresented students in STEM in collaboration with five colleges and Multicultural Student Services. I supervised and taught a leadership course for 25 student mentors, oversaw programming for close to 400 student mentees, and worked directly with program sponsors and faculty to provide academic and professional support to participating students.
