Real LEDGE Honduras (RLH) is an NGO that teaches awareness of emotions, life skills and entrepreneurship through an experiential education. Nowadays, we reached three groups:- Migrants returned to Honduras- Indigenous minority women- Teachers and students from public schoolsIts educational program includes workshops and mentorship, monitoring and evaluation to the activities, an event to earn seed capital to start their business and follow-up to improve them.My main tasks and responsibilities as a executive director are: - Lead, planning, execution and evaluation of projects of Real LEDGE Honduras supporting by local and international agencies, including the US Embassy in Honduras through the program “Honduran Dream” and ¨Empowered Lenca women¨, the Interamerican Development Bank and Real LEDGE Inc. through the program Empowering Youth and Bank association in Honduras (La AHIBA) through the program ¨Migrant´s friends¨. - Build and develop key relationship management with international agencies like the Interamerican Development Bank, the Secretary of Public Education in Honduras, U.S. Embassy in Honduras, La AHIBA, local NGOs, Sampedrano Cultural Center, Taiwan mission, Honduras Technological University, Casa Quinchon and others. - Reporting reach, results and key metrics of projects to donors.- Managing the budget of the different projects.- Leadership and division of tasks within the team.- Adapt Real LEDGE's methodology and activities to an online format for remote training.- Recruit, plan and direct virtual trainings and workshops with the different groups.- Lead the designed and co-developed of the Resource Guide with experiential activities for each group.- Writing and submitting proposals to local and international organizations that support empowering women, creating economic opportunities and improving the quality of life in the country. Educational, sanitary, construction and productivity projects for children and senior citizens in vulnerable areas of Honduras. My main contributions to ACOES were: - Planning, implementation and follow-up of educational projects (ie. workshops for parents and children in the ACOES’s schools), and food management for projects; - Execution and evaluation of the Bombearte Project in 2017. Bombearte was an art project for children in vulnerable neighborhoods of Tegucigalpa, Honduras; - Home visits and analysis of at-risk families in Tegucigalpa, Honduras; - I coordinate donations between ACOES Fuengirola in Spain and ACOES Honduras. - I designed and implemented an empowerment and entrepreneurship project for teenagers woman in vulnerable communities in Honduras; - I facilitated a workshop about Development Cooperation, Development Education and Project Formulation to future volunteers in Spain that wanted to travel to Honduras.
