I have worked with Carolina in several instances when we were both based in Miami and also when she was in our Bogota office. Carolina can adapt to many different types of environments and roles: she adjusted very easily when transferring from a local role in the Bogota office to a regional role in our Miami hub. She is a very fast learner who leverages her past knowledge and experience to, in a matter of weeks, be able to adjust to the requirement of a position of Assistant Manager Quality and Risk and then later to that of Manager Agency Management. Carolina is a very loyal person whose work is always impeccable. She will challenge processes to improve them until perfection is reached. She will always follow through to ensure KPIs are improved and targets are met. Last but not least, Carolina has an incredibly contagious positive energy that boosts the team morale.
