With this project we increase the production in order to satisfy the demand. • Implemented a roughing robot system replacing manual roughing system, with this we improve the quality of roughing uppers and reduce 3 people of the plant balance. • Implemented spray cement equipment replacing a brush cement manual operation, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) by 10% and the Yield by 25% of the utilization. • GUSBI PU Injection machine Project implementation (2019): first prepare a time line with all the information needed in order to successfully achieve the implementation of this project; then prepare the plant balance, plant layout and prepare product costing.
