Carolin is an exceptional coach and mentor with a deep understanding of leadership, culture, and human connection. She can uniquely help purpose-driven entrepreneurs unlock their potential and achieve their goals- as she has helped me launch The Youth Company- and gave me my first-ever contract! Without her willingness to believe in my vision, my career wouldn't have been found. Her coaching style is empowering, supportive, and tailored to each client's individual needs. As my mentor, Carolin was my first-ever supporter, providing me with the guidance, motivation, and accountability I needed to succeed personally and professionally. Her wisdom, insight, and empathy allowed me to understand myself better, my strengths, and my growth areas. Carolin's leadership style is characterized by her ability to create a culture of connection and flow. She fosters a sense of community, belonging, and collaboration among team members, creating an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth. Her leadership approach is grounded in her commitment to her team's well-being, growth, and development. Finally, Carolin's positive attitude, energy, and passion for her work are truly inspiring. She is an excellent role model, and her love for coaching purpose-driven entrepreneurs is evident in everything she does. I highly recommend Carolin Zeitler for any role or project that requires a highly skilled, motivated, and compassionate leader. She is an exceptional coach, mentor, and leader, and I am confident she will continue to impact the lives of those she coaches and leads significantly. I cannot wait to work with her again!

Carolin is just the best. There are plenty of books on leadership and management, and if you're in the market, you should likely read a few of them - Carolin can recommend some particularly good ones. However, nothing compares to having someone present, someone there to teach and guide you, someone with the experience, the knowledge, and the skill to help you genuinely grow as a leader. Carolin, as an executive coach, brings all of that to the table, with an approach that focuses heavily on culture and values, and linking that through to every-day communication and decision-making. She comes with an especially deep leadership toolbox, both in theory and practice, and from it she is consistently insightful and inspiring. She's particularly strong at stimulating the full examination of problems and processes, to see not just concrete ways to respond and engage with them, but also how they present opportunities for larger personal and organizational growth. She definitely helped me become a far stronger manager, and build confidence that following a right-minded path would lead to the right answers. I am immensely thankful to her for all that she's done, for myself and my company, and I hope she continues to help others. I think we would all benefit from more of her values-focused leadership in our industry.

Leadership and management coaching is so difficult to measure that most folks really only understand it only surface deep. Carolin is not a regular practitioner. She gets her hands deep into the process both getting our team engaged with her work and in building the deliverables for each piece of the puzzle. Ultimately, we rely on Carolin for all matters company culture. She’s facilitated the writing of our culture manifesto. She’s run several workshops for us including NVC, feedback, what to do when overwhelmed, and how to facilitate building culture mavens in the organization. Not to mention she’s done incredible work being a work therapist for the team and conflict mediator. Truly, I can’t recommend her enough and I welcome anyone to reach out to me personally to ask more.

My work has always been about bringing more connection into the world. Most of our problems arise from disconnection, most of our joy comes from feeling connected, feeling at peace. Under this overarching theme, I write about and coach on many topics: (gender) diversity, leadership, employee engagement, personal & professional development, authenticity, growth, etc... When we start a new chapter in our lives, connection is particularly important, so we don't feel lost in space and discouraged by our fears. Show less

Carolin Zeitler has set herself the goal to empower people around her (as well as herself) to grow and succeed. She has combined her experience from being a managing director, a trainer for coaches and therapists and an executive coach to co-create the unique Tataowar Coaching & Consulting offers, the How Women Work community with its annual conferences and the many spin-offs like the ‘How Women Succeed’ CSR Book project, an inspirational self-coaching book of which the proceeds are being used to provide free coaching for women in challenging situations. With her coaching and consulting business, Tataowar, Carolin reaches dynamic and forward-thinking organizations that aim to improve their employee engagement, optimize their leadership and attract, retain and leverage female talent; as well as high-potential individuals who are striving towards or establishing themselves in leadership roles. Carolin is presently the only coach certified to deliver Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC) in Doha, a highly effective tool that is employed by Fortune 500 companies around the globe to achieve guaranteed & measurable leadership growth. Even in her free time, Carolin follows her passion as a member of the core team of the ‘Qatar Professional Women’s Network’ (QPWN), the leader of the mentoring ring ‘Circle of Pearl’ and a board member of ‘Global Entrepreneurship Week Qatar’ (GEWQatar). She is also a popular motivational speaker and the author of several self-coaching publications, printed as monthly columns and in the above-mentioned book ‘How Women Succeed - Inspiring women to create their own success’.
