Throughout my professional journey here in life I've met and worked with a huge number of individuals over the years. Which has been super rewarding and fun, but some of them stands out a bit more than others. So when I got the assignment from a friend of mine with regards to leadership development, where I had to choose 3 leaders that I've worked with and look up to, my first one was obvious. One of my dearest colleagues during my time at Hilton Stockholm Slussen, namely Carolin Ribbe Mårtendal. She has been instrumental in my business development and personal growth. She showed me that in a professional environment it’s still possible to be cool, kind, calm and a senior executive. Her leadership style made me realize you can aim high and pursue your wildest dreams. It’s largely thanks to Carolin that I’m now a co-founder of Lagher & Sulocki, a fast growing boutique creative agency based in Stockholm. So thank you, Carolin! Keep up the good work!
