I worked with Carolin for over 10 years at Abercrombie and Kent Europe. We came up through the ranks together but we worked most closely together as Managers of the two respective FIT Teams. Carolin strives on a daily basis to make sure all A&K clients, as well as their Travel Agents her teams service, receive the highest standard of customer care. Looking after both sales and operations for the FIT department is a huge task but Carolin is one of the most organised and focused people I have worked with. Her sense of humour can carry people through the busiest season. Her management skills are excellent and she is well respected throughout the office by her peers and the people she leads.
