  Perform line balance studies, calculate daily capacity for product, design layout, determine product cost, manpower utilization, cost reduction activity, waste management, and process improvement activities. Liase with related department until every project is accomplished and report to the management. Revise work instructions, perform periodic jig preventive and maintenance, involve in kaizen activity and continuous improvement activity. Involve in New Model Development projects commencing from Trial Production, Pre-Production and Mass Production phases. Ensure product is run with quality parts, preciseness good work environment until quality product is shipped to customer. Report daily progress to factory management and Headquarters in Japan. Work closely with all related persons/departments for New Model Development. Responsible for Irregular Process Flow and monitor until activity is complete with closing meeting to inform result. Involve in Training and Development of production staff mainly when there is a new model. Show less
