  I am responsible for providing information and referral to VR/VS clients and directing all job seekers, staff and the public to the correct services/offices; receives and disseminates employment information to job seekers, businesses and counselors statewide; provides technical clerical support for the Programs Manager for the Faith Based and Business Services Coordinator; completes documentation, using agency guidelines throughout the vocational rehabilitation process; gathers/enters information into the agency internal data system; coordinates meetings including securing meeting facilities, distributing meeting invitations, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes; maintains expenditure records; prepares correspondence; processes invoices/payments and provides general clerical duties as needed.
