  Process Engineering Manager for one of the two process team responsible for the inkjet module at the heart of HP's PageWide Technology. We were responsible to launch the new product that delivered a print-module with ten printheads that are fired concurrently to allow 1-pass printing. We dealt with launch issues from scaling up the operations, increasing yields and up-time, as well as introducing new processes that we needed to add to improve the end-customer experience. We performed down-time analysis to understand the cause of short-falls in productivity. In addition, we worked closely with procurement to ensure we had adequate supply and good quality incoming materials.   Led the engineering team who developed and supported the electroforming operations for the inkjet supplies business. This team created custom wet-bench tools used in a corrosive environment, nano-level high-speed inspection tools and unique process control methodology to create the products. We developed the end-to-end solutions, from working with suppliers on chemistries needed to developing the substrates needed to working closely with the product development teams to develop new capability to meet the needs of the new products. We created technology roadmaps to continue to push the existing technology beyond what was thought.
