Carole did an excellent job of master scheduling our North American operations (US, Canada, and Mexico) and maintaining three master distribution centers. A significant amount of sales were to mass retail and under Carole's management we were never fined for non-conformance to service level requirements. She is detailed oriented, thorough, has a high degree of urgency, works well in a team environment and was a pleasure to work with.

Please accept this letter as my enthusiastic recommendation for Carole Nelson. I have known Carole for the past 11 years. The first 3 years while she worked for me as an Inventory Service Coordinator at Selkirk and the last 8 years as my friend. I have been consistently impressed by both Carole's attitude towards her work and her performance on the job. Her interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her to develop productive working relationships with both colleagues and managers as well as customers in the field. Carole has superior listening and interviewing skills necessary to extract information from employees and customers while performing necessary assessments. Carole possesses solid writing skills which have enabled her to compose quality correspondence. She also has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. Her ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods of change to the business environment proves her ability to work well under pressure while motivating and guiding employees to their individual, district, and company goals. Carole has been by far the best employee to work under me in my 15 plus year career and would highly recommend her without reservation. I could always count on her to succeed as one of my best employees. She would oftentimes call me directly to further discuss various topics and issues important to her and the well-being of our company. Carole's enthusiasm, interest, and dedication to leading were deeply appreciated by all the people she worked with at Selkirk. She is a very bright person who was able to easily assimilate vast amounts of information and use that information to make tough decisions. Colleagues viewed her as a wonderful team player or leader depending on the situation. I can still recall how they looked to her as a leader and how Carole was very receptive to their ideas and suggestions. Her work was always of the highest quality and I looked forward to going to work on a daily basis. Carole always offered a perspective that was genuine and thought provoking. I only wish that I have enjoyed the presence of more employees like Carole in my career. Finally, Carole is a devoted to her family, cares deeply about the company she works for, and genuinely likes others. Her easy going manner, along with a strong desire to succeed, would be perfect for a position in management. She is honest, reliable, enjoys a strong moral compass, and strives to treat others with respect and dignity. I considered Carole as one of Selkirk’s best assets and I have every confidence that she will become a valued resource for any company. Please contact me if I may be of any further assistance. You will be very pleased with her performance and how much she contributes to your company and the community. Thank you, Dave Hartsock (740) 586-3272
