  I began with URS in 1990 and have served on many project assignments in Sacramento and San Diego. I relocated back to San Diego from SAC in 2008, and am now transferring to Honolulu, HI for an assignmentwith HDOT at the HNL airport, after serving as Project/Contract Administrator on the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry project and San Diego Unified School District project; I have worked on the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Expansion project as well, and in addition to project specific assignments, I prepare cost estimates and fee proposals for Federal projects as needed.   Served as Project Coordinator for this leading design firm which provided Architectural Design, Programming, Master Planning, and Interior Design Services for Healthcare, Civic, Commercial and Educational Facilities. Primary responsibilities included obtaining architectural plan approval and building permits through the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) for all Healthcare projects from conceptual design through construction documents phase; incorporating plan revisions and coordinating backcheck reviews; managing plan and specification reproduction; preparing and distributing design meeting minutes; preparing and updating project schedules; tracking RFIs and submittals; coordinating completion of all closeout documents and archiving.
