Bryn Dews
Carole is a consummate professional and strong leader. She demonstrated grit, integrity, as well as management and leadership competence in her role during challenging times of changing company leadership, organization dynamics, and restructuring. Carole knew her domain, maintained a clear picture of the relevant facts, and was able to articulate the bottom line in clear terms. She also demonstrated all of the above in her contractor and vendor negotiations. Without hesitation, I would join Carole's team if the occasion ever arose.
