I reported directly to Carole during my time with North Bay Regional Health Centre. Carole was critical as we made pivotal changes to onboarding and mandatory training within Human Resources. Carole was visionary and a supportive leader throughout the projects. As a young professional, I valued Carole’s leadership and coaching as we tackled significant projects & tasks collaboratively! Carole would be a tremendous asset to any organization!

Carole and I served as co-chairs for the Council of Senior Human Resources Officials (COSHRO). She worked to ensure that issues of importance to human resource management and labour relations in the education sector were considered in provincial decision making. She ensured that the interests of school boards were accounted for to ensure that the human resources function could effectively support student achievement and well-being. She led the council through the first round of two tier provincial bargaining, and the implementation of those provisions. Carole's experience and expertise in human resources made her a trusted resource and advisor to the sector.
