Carol is a wonderful person to work with and has always received positive feedback from our internal client groups. She is not only a lovely person but someone who truly cares about what she does and who she impacts. I can only say good things about her!

    • Co-founder and facilitator at EXACT COMMUNICATION
      • May 2020 - Present

Exact Communication is a new program under the umbrella of the Irondale Ensemble Project. My co-founders and I are proud to build upon our years of STEM training, team building, and helping people from all walks of life communicate clearly, articulately, and authentically using theatrical improvisation and message distilling techniques. We are a team of enthusiastic instructors who draw upon our expertise in science, media, journalism, and theater arts to facilitate interactive communication workshops that guide participants through a process of discovery and practice. We teach from the principles that effective communication happens when we understand who our “audience” is, approach each connection with empathy, and enter conversations or presentations with clear and well-thought-out goals.
