This was a high-end, small business. My main responsibility was to serve customers and answer their questions. The store is located in a market, so there was a lot of foot traffic as well as tourists. Customer relations was a massive part of this job. Furthermore, I was responsible for: -Daily opening of the store -Helping and informing customers about our products -Assisting the owners from day-to-day operations as well as keeping them up-to-date about what the shop needed and how sales were going -Training new employees and managing current ones -Paperwork (new excel sheets for inventory, training, price lists, etc) -Organization and cleaning of the store Show less

Coach
-
Aug 2013 - Sep 2020
I have coached many athletes, ranging from the age of six to seventy. I have coached a team, at camps, as well as private lessons. As a coach I am responsible for practice plans, goal setting, competition preparation, choreographing, motivating, as well as correcting and teaching new techniques. I have been a synchronized swimmer for sixteen years and it always has been my passion. I have acquired a tremendous amount of knowledge and tips and tricks and I enjoy being able to pass them on to other swimmers. I love seeing the joy on their faces when they learn a new technique or master a skill they have been tirelessly working on. Show less

I was selected by the Dean of French to apply for this job that was located on campus. As a French tutor, I was responsible for helping students that came into the language lab who needed help with homework or with French in general. I have a high level of French, as I learnt it as a child. There were native French speakers who were tutors, but the Dean wanted a student who was proficient enough in French, but had learnt it as a second language. I was able to explain exercises or homework problems in different ways, as I had learnt it as a second language as well. I was also responsible for helping the French professors with correcting homework and performing some administration tasks. Show less
