  I supervise a team of other merchandisers in women's clothing, women's shoes, fashion jewelry, handbags, Intimate apparel, suits and dresses, mens and children’s. I teach them , plus new associates, the correct way to merchandise by reading a plan-o-gram provided by the company. Provide assistance to the team manager everyday by allowing her to do office work while I provide assistance to the team members and other management throughout the store.
