Everyone should have Carol organise them! I had known Carol for a few years, and when I needed Asana support in my own business, I was keen to have her lend me her brain, particularly because I knew that she was an Asana Certified Pro and knew her stuff. Before I had a call with Carol, managing projects in Asana was okay.. not brill, not awful, but certainly not as slick as it could have been. But I didn't know what I didn't know, and I also didn't have time to watch a stack of YouTube tutorials to figure out what I needed. Carol swooped in and shared a whole heap of tips and tricks on how I could better use Asana's functionality to keep my team and I even more organised behind the scenes. With Carol's support, I've tweaked our internal approach to Asana and everything's a lot slicker as a result. Thank you, Carol! 10/10 stars. Highly recommend.

Carol helped me and my business with events management, marketing, and bookkeeping. Her ability to spot opportunities and make suggestions was especially valued, as was her kind and friendly nature.

I am an Online Business Manager, and my passion is helping business coaches & consultants evolve, scale & hit their goals. I started off as a Virtual Assistant, supporting small business owners, in particular coaches and consultants. Many of them were suffering from admin overwhelm, had hit an income ceiling, and were finding there were not enough hours in the day. If you are doing all of the admin of a project yourself, there is a limit to how many clients you can work with each month, and this limits both your reach and your income. A typical project might need 5 days of coaching contact, but require additional 10-15 days admin work As on Online Business Manager I recognise that mindset is important, but I focus on the practical processes that can be implemented behind the scenes to reduce admin time and to ensure 100% satisfaction to all your clients. I use my strategy experience, gained over 10 years of working with business coaches, consultants and trainers, and apply it to your individual business. I can help you capture the repeatable processes, set up Asana as your go-to project management tool, and streamline your systems so you can work with flow and ease. I offer 3 levels of support: STRATEGY SORTED - Systems audit call and report, so you can have the benefit of my strategy experience and can explore options that you can implement yourself SYSTEMS SORTED - a 5 week 1:1 VIP programme where I help you get organised! I use Asana to capture your systems and repeatable processes, and set everything up behind the scenes so it's easy to manage - you get happy clients, a reduced to-do list, more headspace and time to work on your passion projects. STAYING SORTED - I will be your virtual business manager, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, so you just need to focus on your clients. I started up and ran my own business from home as an Ofsted registered childminder, providing high quality care for children. As well as enabling each child to learn and develop as individuals, I also meticulously recorded each child's progress through the Early Years Foundation Stages, planned activities to stimulate, educate and entertain, provided nutritious food and kept my accounts and paperwork up to date. Working with young children meant being patient, flexible, unflappable and highly organised.

My role was pivotal to the smooth running and profitability of the centre. This involved scheduling up to 25 trainers with different skills and specialities to cover all the classes running, and making sure all resources such as rooms, computers, and manuals were coordinated and organised on time. I had to make decisions on the profitability of classes, in terms of revenue and customer service. I needed to think on my feet, and be flexible to make quick decisions to cope with last minute changes caused by client indecision or trainer sickness. When I took over this role, the job description was enlarged and my department reduced, so I constantly had to prioritise both my own workload and those of my staff to continue to meet deadlines. I improved the figure keeping and tracking to monitor our resources, kept meticulous and up to date figures, and improved the stock control procedures we had in place. I had to communicate with suppliers, other staff, clients and contractors, to ensure the classes ran successfully and profitably. I worked closely with clients who wanted bespoke courses and managed my team of trainers to design and deliver these customized courses. This role involved the delicate balancing of the trainer’s needs, the company’s and the clients. I was in charge of recruiting, selecting, training and induction of new trainers, as well as the on-going career development and progression of the department.

As a secondary school teacher, I had to plan my lessons in line with the National Curriculum, carry these out, mark and assess work, keep meticulous records of student progress and supervise practical sessions. As well as enthusing and motivate teenagers to learn about science. I was also a form tutor, responsible for the pastoral development of a form group.
