  Duties and Responsibilities:- • Serving as an Account Manager whose duties are to liaise between clients and creatives and writing creative briefs. • Managing a team of 10 Handling Social Care for Airtel Kenya. • Organizing weekly team meetings with clients . • Taking part in brand building workshops, developing and implementing communication strategies. • Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand and products. • Involved in the day to day management of clients. • Performance monitoring of social care executives/agents and team leader • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner. • Maintaining contact with clients - giving them regular updates. • Oversee existing campaigns to grow key accounts. • Delivering ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors. • Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers. • Working closely with the Account Director to prospect, pitch & close new business Show less
